Dear Sirs!
Mrs. Natalia Ylynitchna Kryzanovskaya the widow of the poet Andrey Olegovitch Kryzanovsky adressed to the low agensy “Concord” for the defence her husband copyrights wich had been infringed.
The matter is that the BBC “Russian service” in the literary part of it’s broadcast of 11 March 1995 reported some fakts about Andrey Kryzanovsky which didn’t correspond to the reality and distorted the moral appreciations and ideas of the poet. Enclosed is a list of the list of the distortions and mistakes.
We do hope that you can agree to the fact that there are some infriges of the poet’s moral rigts which are defended by the Geneva’s convention [Geneva Convention, 1949] of the copyrights and Bern’s convention [Berne Convention, 1886] which Russia annexed on Murch 1995.
With regard to the above may we bring to you attention that the infringement of the copyrights must be restore by the retranslation the broadcast in the correct form and with Natalia Kryzanosskaya’s matherial who is the poet’s heariss.
We would like to bring to your attention however that Natalia Kryzanovskaya organized the edition of the magazin “Retchetativ” witch devoted to the memory of Adrey Kryzanovsky and if there is the good will of the BBC’s leadership to donate some sum to the magazin, we think that it will be fair compensation for the copyrights infrigement wich been done.
